Welcome to the place to explore the world of bass music!

Bass World Radio is a streaming internet radio station broadcast on Live365. I created this station to celebrate the instrument known as the bass. From electric to upright, fretted and fretless, 4 string and extended range, the goal is to play the best bass centric music. Solo bass, tunes with great bass solos and tunes where the bass just grooves will all find a place on BWR.

Here you will find links to many of the artists, along with links to gear manufacturers, educational websites, books, CDs and other bass related resources.

Feel free to make requests for the playlists and to suggest artists who you feel should be heard. I'm always on the look out for good music, whether it's an established artist or a new talent. You'll find demos along side commercially released CD tracks.
